Chelsea @threadsandstrings.bsky.social · Nov 27 We already have pretty stiff glossy peaks, but it also has to cool down completely before we add the butter, otherwise the butter will melt which is bad. Then we’ll fold in the caramel and be done with frosting.

Now we add 3 sticks of unsalted butter, a chunk at a time, beating till thoroughly combined each time.
