And finally we fold in our fully cooled salted caramel from earlier. Honestly she is DELICIOUS if I do say so myself. DEEPLY burnt-sugar caramel tasting but fluffy and not too sweet.. I’m happy with this. She’ll chill overnight and get rewhipped briefly tomorrow before going on a chocolate cake.
