These notebooks are derived from my work over the years and as such might be a bit esoteric or opinionated in places. Hopefully they're at least slightly useful! ## Organization This repository is organized into directories each containing a self-contained notebook for a specfic purpose, usually a single metric or type of analysis. These notebooks are (mostly) wel 1 commented and designed for composability. Ideally, you can run a specific research task from the notebook subfolder as-is by just dropping in your data and making a one or two changes to the notebook, or combine pieces of notebooks into a larger multi-purpose notebook. You can expect the following structure: notebook name/ - data/ - instruments/ - requirements.txt - notebook name.md Each method notebook folder contains: ###### data/ For the data. By default it contains a collection of sample data for use with the notebook, in tended to be replaced with your data.
