I wonder if some sort of player drive. signal to for games that are unplayable would be helpful

yeah that's what I'd think is the main issue would be with forcing people to only rate random games. i'm sure there were THOUSANDS of unplayable games, or ones with fucked up audio that would blow out your ears, and that'll just turn people off from rating
