Today I helped give a presentation to the German equivalent of the FDA. My portion of the talk was so brief (about 5 minutes) I couldn’t even crack my usual bad jokes. This was the lunch option I chose in their kantine (cafeteria): Schnitzel covered in gravy and sauerkraut. I loved it.
