This site uses "AI-collaborators" to regurgitate articles and steal images without permission.

I suspect this sort of thing is rife over on platforms like Facebook as well as sites. You see the same news reports/features/quotes/exclusives constantly regurgitated.

Imagine having a site page entitled 'editorial standards' when you expressly use AI.

Reading this “Cybertron” thing and looking, naively, for the part where a human takes the raw draft and rewrites it so that it’s not just literal regurgitations of other sites’ content… nope. What is the point?

More like Mierda Rivera, amirite?

It used to be that I’d notice the less scrupulous YouTubers occasionally using my work as loose scripts for their videos. These days I notice, thanks to AI, entire articles from Commodore Format Archive rehashed. There is one notable one which includes my (since corrected) likely actionable error 😂

Thanks for the info. Easy block for me.

Imagine creating a retro website and then relying on "AI editors" for content. Good grief, what a wasted effort.

What the hell is an ‘AI collaborator’ supposed to be, anyway?

Well, that's just gross. On a positive note, Damien's original photos in the actual review its stealing from are stunning!

I got about a quarter of the way through the article before I realized it was slop... Bleugh.

I hate this content regurgitation shit man, like if you don't contribute to the downstream flow all you're doing is destroying everything, dead internet theory manifest.

They were following me. Now they are not.

Awww cry about about it 🤣😂

I wonder if it would be possible to add text to an article that really screws up the Generative AI bot but that a human reader would ignore or just laugh off.

Well that's the easiest block of my life
