The entry's text: Scheduling Order by Adrienne Nelson: The Court is in receipt of the parties' Joint Rule 26(f) Report and Discovery Plan, ECF 21, and adopts the following deadlines: The deadline for initial disclosures is August 12, 2024. The deadline for submission of motions to amend without leave is February 18, 2025. The deadline to complete fact discovery is April 25, 2025. The deadline to serve initial expert reports from party bearing burden of proof on an issue is May 28, 2025. The deadline to serve initial expert reports from party not bearing the burden of proof on an issue is June 27, 2025. The deadline to exchange rebuttal expert reports is July 25, 2025. The deadline to complete expert discovery is August 25, 2025. The deadlines to file the joint ADR report and status report are September 2, 2025. The deadline for submission of dispositive motions is September 22, 2025. Deadlines for the pretrial order and trial date will be set at a later time.
