I didn’t even look at my curve while drafting. Figure of Fable was pack 1, pick 1, and I just took whatever else filtered down to me. Morningtide’s Light was pack 3, pick 1. I think pack 2 was Eclipsed Kithkin? I don’t actually remember. Anyway, I won a lot with this deck.
Some of my more fun pulls tonight. I kept getting passed a lot of black so I played black. But it must have just been a lot of black in the packs, which I still hold are collated wrong. I swear I never see the stuff my opponents play.
Selesnya “no strategy”. Play cheap creatures early and hit with the big stuff. Combat tricks and luck of the draw.
How about that curve!?! No synergy? No problem. Just give me creatures that get big and punch hard. Yes, the giant spindown is a changeling. It’s fucking adorable.

This deck worked way better than it should have. The strategy was to attack with big, buffed creatures. Simple and effective.
My White-Blue-Black stun counters deck. Crashing Wave is only in there once, but I managed to draw it in all the games I won.
My Izzet evasion deck. Otter-Penguins and Firebenders and Secret Tunnel all did a lot of work. Jet saved my butt and of course Invasion Submersible was good. I never did see that damn Serpent.
Bumi's Buddy, Flopsie, is an Ape Goat, 4 generic and two green mana for a 4/4 Legendary which puts a +1/+1 counter on each creature when it enters, and each creature with power 4 or greater can't be blocked by more than one creature.

A group of 14 charachters from the MTG ATLA prerelease. My best pulls from last night. The bottom three were prizes, so I didn’t have the option to play them. Which is too bad, Momo would have been great in my deck. The gaang is mostly all here, though. Aang, Kitara, Toph, Sokka, and Suki.
