shinrin-yoku (ๆฃฎๆๆตด); a favorite word I learned when stationed in Japan; literally means "forest bath" or "taking in the forest atmosphere"; strolling about through nature is good for one's mind. The reason why I do that (or at least go to STL zoo), unplugging usually weekly.
