150g of brown sugar creamed with 100g of plant butter, whisk in 2 eggs. Mash 3 bananas and mix with 300g of soy yoghurt. Combine everything. Add 300g of wholewheat flour. 1 teaspoon of baking powder, pinch of salt, tablespoon of cinnamon. Combine 2 tablespoons of instant coffee with a boiling water and let cool. Then add to mix along with dark chocolate chips. Pour mixture into lined loaf pan and bake for 45-55 mins (20 for mins for muffins)
