Who designed this new wayfinding at Kipling Station, Toronto? Information overload, inconsistent terms (the app says "bay," the terminal says "platform") & graphics. Instead of reducing cognitive load, it increases it. I've lived here 11 years and still missed my bus bcs lost. How about newcomers?
