THEY SPRAY THEM SPRAYIN'
"Epic Eric", a character of mine who existed during my days on DeviantArt as "anthromutants" and "FangRat", has broken out of an egg with a new look. Previously a gryphon-like monster character, Epic Eric is now full gryphon, and is a toon-in-a-toon, just like the "tropical muskrat" is today. Otherwise, Epic Eric here was last seen in my 20th art anniversary group pic in 2023. This means I now have two Erics; Seismic Eric and Epic Eric!

"Sonic ToonThick" drawn by yours truly. Featuring my own version of both Sonic the Hedgehog and Miles "Tails" Prower. Similar to a 2022 drawing of mine, both previously null characters are now wearing shorts. Sonic is in yellow shorts with a burgundy stripe on the side; Tails is in scarlet shorts with a yellow stripe on the side. Both characters shoes are also slightly different. On top of that, Sonic is also holding a skateboard and is doing a peace sign. The background is abstract fading checker blue.
The ToonThick Solstice 2026, but Seb, a mascot of ToonThick, has been replaced by a new planet-shaped character named Corey (after a planet's core). Corey here holds the entire ToonThick universe together. Actually, that's yours truly, but if the whole universe was suddenly a cartoon, then Corey would be at the centre of it, and I would of course turn into my fursona; Seth!

Earlier this month, I wrote about my plans for a 4-month hiatus from the internet, stating routine and other factors as the reason. At this point however, I remain undecided given the events of this week. Is someone going to come up and beg me not to disappear? So far, no! If I did decide to disappear on Sunday, it may be for the rest of the year rather than 4 months. I have to factor in another sporting event happening, and that is the Rugby League World Cup in October. Unlike other once-every-4-years sporting events, this one only happens in a blue moon. But back to this week. In case you don't know, a certain Mexican decided to pee himself, courtesy of Amazon. It seemed like a kick-in-the-face for creatives that someone who was anti-AI not long ago, had turned around and decided to endorse slop. On a more positive note, I decided to watch the Gameoverse pilot, and then make fan art of Kaboodle. I've also been tempted to get plushies of Kit, Kaboodle and Gobbles. So far, I've resisted the temptation. I then made a 7th anniversary pic for Murphy & Mitzi which is now my second biggest post on Bluesky. On top of that, AJ Marek really appreciated my portrayal of Murphy in full skateboarding gear. Finally, I've never commissioned anyone before, but I've been interested in an animated YCH from a certain person. I then need to ask myself: Am I too important to disappear? Am I holding the fabric? I still want a digital detox and routine fix. Maybe I can still do that, while at the same time limit my social media usage. I also need a backup plan should Bluesky and other sites going in the slop direction collapse completely. Well, I've had one since 2022, when a certain South African took over Twitter. How long have I got to decide? At the time of writing: about 48 hours! ToonThick: Creatively Thick, internet or not!
