Often, NYCACC spay or neuter the death row dogs & puppies the very day or night before they’ve scheduled their execution.

WHY would they do?! So a dog or puppy get to spend their last day and night hurting from being cut open in a tiny a cage at the back of the shelter?!

It’s likely because NYCACC get $125 per spay or neuter and they want that money before they can execute the puppies and dogs.
