🎉 Happy 900th, Edinburgh! As MP for Edinburgh North and Leith, I’m proud to join the celebrations. Let’s also remember Leith wasn’t officially part of Edinburgh until 1920, so here’s to both sides of the pavement.

The infected blood scandal was one of the worst failures in our health system’s history. I have constituents still living with the devastating consequences, and that’s why I asked the Minister when they will finally receive the compensation they deserve. The response from the Minister goes further than the Brian Langstaff report, which I welcome. However, people are still waiting and I will continue to work with effected constituents.
