utterly batshit fucking math equation that seems to conclude Wendy divided the octave into approximately 15.391524 equal steps. i think this is why it can't be said to meaningfully be said to have an octave, since every attempt to actually play it will result in some weird decimal point divergence from an actual octave. i think? idk, again, i like microtonality because it sounds fucking cool - my brain literally cannot process numbers properly, all of this is fucking visual snow to me.
