We believe that the EHRC intends to open their public consultation with a predetermined outcome. This is not only unfair but shows a stunning disregard for the views of stakeholders on this issue which has been of great national interest. 7/8
And meanwhile, transphobes love to fight HARD against the idea of gender neutral bathrooms. I seem to remember Helen Joyce calling it an absurd idea yet I think I saw her on pictures celebrating the verdict with not-so-feminine looking people very much at risk of being targeted by said verdict...
