Ají de Gallina on a Japanese soy sauce dish, on my stove. The stove is black glass. The round soy sauce dish has a thin orange band at the lip, and a geometric pattern of navy “netting” with white spaces. The sauce is orange. It’s thick and doesn’t spread. Maybe a cadmium orange or dark chrome yellow, I don’t know.
