It's a homestuck troll. They have somewhat sunken, grumpy eyes, jagged horns, and very curly hair. They're wearing glasses and a jacket with a collar that comes up to just below their eyes, covering their mouth.
This is a recreation of key art for the game Mario & Luigi: Brothership, rendered in a style more reminiscent of earlier, Masanori Sato-created key art from the series, particularly focusing on Superstar Saga's look but with some aspects (such as Luigi's purpler overalls) taken from Bowser's Inside Story. I have an obsession with this style.
