A family is sleeping peacefully, parents at the ground floor, their 7yo daughter on the first. Something smashes through the parents' bedroom's window. The parents wake up, trying to quickly make sense of the situation; they notice the object being a small cylinder making a sizzling sound before begining to feel overwhelmingly dizzy, and falling unconscious. With the child unguarded, the thrower makes their way in. The girl, also waken by the noise, lays paralyzed in bed, as she hears the footsteps quickly and reletlessly approach. The door opens, the girl screams, but is quickly silenced by a rag being pressed against their nose and mouth. She too loses consciousness. A few hours later, the parents wake, immediately calling the police after regaining their senses, but their child is nowhere to be found. The next day, the parents find a letter at their doorstep, fully unmarked envelope. inside they find a polaroid photo of their child, tied up, gagged, and crying, and a letter written on a grid, and reading: "There is no ransome. I will keep your child alive. I will keep you two updated".
It's Saturday; there is a knock at Kay's door. K:"Come in!". A little girl, couldn't be more than 10 years old, peeks her head in. K:"What is it, Amy?". Amy gestures to Kay to come closer. Kay, with a note of confusion, hoists herself up, walks to her sister, then squats down to meet her at eye-level. As soon as the door shuts, Kay's mind starts racing "What the fuck?! Why the fuck? How? This- no, no... WHY?! I can't I can't I can't I can't I-" Kay takes a deep breath, then another, and a couple more. Now she feels numb. She could see that people would consider it so wrong as to gut her on the spot, she knew everyone she knew, including fellow lolicons online would irremediably hate her. Yet she couldn't bring herself to hate the idea, neither did she love it, everything felt so numb. It's evening; there's a knock at Kay's door. She walks over, her movements stiff and robotic, then she opens the door. There stands Amy, looking up at her with those big beautiful eyes. Kay felt warm, good even, and with the slightest hint of a smile she said: "Come in sister, let's see what we can do". Amy smiled bright enough to light up the whole room, before happily skipping into Kay's. Kay closes the door and walks her sister to her bed, it feels strangely comforting.
