I think showing the artist even when that music file can't be loaded is pretty cool!! Maybe an error symbol, or something like "playback error" in a bit-style font, blinking over the glitchy effect could help make the intent of that effect clearer as well!
Would be cool to play some WD Gasterish theme along with the glitch effect, but what if it fails to load too?
