A outfit design for Bio. Based off their later years, and "The Martyr" piece i made for them awhile back. The color pallet is limited to black, red, cyan, and green. Bio wears a trench coat, a sunhat that shadows their face, and a weapon they keep on their back. Above Bio, there are 2 4-pointed stars. The first one is split in half, and mimics a set of horns. The second, smaller one hangs in the center of it.

The one of the bottom left is just a amorphous shape, flowing and ebbing in random directions. The last one on the bottom right, has Bio with a open wound. The blue/green haze emits from their eye and wound, mimicking blood and tears.

Caretakers full reference drawing! Caretaker appears as a bright orange smiley face, with several black lines stemming out of their eyes, and mouth. It is surrounded by pixels of the same color, either appearing as random squares and lines, or in the same shape as some of the black lines that are on Caretaker. General Design Notes: ⌖ Parts of Caretaker break off, leaving glitched areas. ⌖ When on a non-black background: particles will emit from glitched areas. Character Description: "Caretaker is the AI in charge of The Bunker. It controls almost all of the machinery, and uses its authority to work towards a better future! During the last few years... Caretaker has been trying to raise a creation, as well as getting ready for their Magnum Opus." Next to the closeup, there are 16 expression examples in a 4 by 4 grid. To the far right, there are a few more design/character notes. These all have their own small example. ⌖ Customizes machinery to increase productivity (and mimic their appearance). Below it shows an uninhabited and administrator droid. There are arrows showing how these 2 are the same thing, just in different temporary stages. ⌖ Fragmentation can vary. Below it, it shows 2 different expressions. The first one has Caretaker in a calm/happy state, with a stable form. The other expressions seems frantic/desperate, with every part of them splitting apart and breaking. ⌖ The shape of their fragments can change with emotion. Below it shows 3 more expressions with each of them being surrounded by their own set of pieces. The first one seems disappointed/annoyed, many of their fragments are shaped like the anger symbol. The second shows surprise, with its pieces shaped like exclamation points! And the third shows rage/focus, with them being surrounded by crosshair. ⌖ In a program window/I.D.E most of the time. This one simply shows Caretaker in a program window.

Brutuses Reference Drawing Brutus is a hulking minotaur-esk homunculi, with long arms, a wide frame, and a bovine skull for a head. They wear a stitched, unbuttoned short sleeve coat, bandages around their hands, and jorts. It shows their front, back, and side, aswell as some trivia on the character. Character Description: "Brutus is a protector, through and through. He was born in the gutters, and watched it change throughout the years. They've contributed to a lot of things in the layer, and has gotten a reputation because of it. Some groups like him, others just want them gone. At the end of the day, Brutus only cares about Knot, Ember, and the rest of the community they live with." Design Notes: ⓧ Very square shaped, simplified versions don't have arms. ⓧ Not too facially expressive, only their eyes move. ⒳ (Brutus has pupils, but they only show up with strong emotions.) ⓧ Around 18ft tall

Knot's Reference Drawing Knot is a homunculi that wears bits of rusty metal that gives them a humanoid shape. From the holes in the metal, crimson strands emerge and spread out. Knots 'face' seems to be 2 white eyes coming out of their head piece. It shows their front and back, as well as some trivia on the character. Character Description: "Knot is a homunculi made entirely out of organic thread. This allows them to fight/restrain foes much stronger than them! Though, this is at the cost of having no defense (especially to slashing attacks). To compensate, they wear a metal shell to protect their vitals. He is a life-long friend of Brutus, sharing a very strong bond with them." Design Notes: ⓧ Knot can have more/less threads shown here. ⓧ He usually has threads stick out of both arm holes. ⓧ They sound like a violin (understood by most people). Below the notes, it shows a few doodles. One of them shows how they would look without their casing, and the other has a few expressions they'd have.

Embers Reference Drawing! Ember is a humanoid homunculi, fitted with bright fiery hair, a cracked welders mask, and scrappy clothing. They are covered in scars and markings, have white hoofs, and their left arm is replaced with 3 tendrils. It shows their front, back, and sides. As well as some trivia about the character, and some design quirks they have. Character Description: "Ember is quite infamous in the Crimson Kingdom. A once nobody who defeated a number of the groups ruling over the Gutters! They live with Knot & Brutus on the outskirts, due to their less-than-favorable position with the law.." Design Notes: ⓧ Ember is able to change the length of their tendrils. ⓧ Their hair is expressive. ⓧ They have a singular eye (on their right).

Distorted versions of Bio's face. One of them shows anger, with their shape and features seeming jagged and erratic. Their scar looks as if it was smeared, fading off to the left. The second shows sorrow. It has wispy properties, as if smoke was coming off of them. They look tired, and parts of their face seem to be fading/melting away. Parts of their head seem to be evaporating. The third was based off of discomfort/disgust, holding a rotten property to it. Their head looks as if it was struggling to keep its shape, and their face looks to be unfinished. Bio's eye seems to not have been created, their mouth is a collection of holes, and their scar looks more like a mold colony.

A small info card talking about how Homunculi get food. The text reads the following: "The altered landscape of the Crimson Kingdom not only allows for Homunculi to form, but also for "new" kinds of "plants"! They mostly live off of these plants, due to the fact that they are both free, and can be found almost anywhere! Although it should be noted that some of them run farms, just in case of a shortage." Above, there are a few examples of the "plants" that can grow in the wild. Candy Hearts are a fruit that mimic Plum, Apple, Peach, and other Fruit Trees. The fruits themself are shaped like cartoon hearts, and are connected with 2 stems. 2 close ups can be seen next to the tree, with one of them being a cut version, showing the insides. Bon's are a grain that mimic Rice, with the both of them sharing a very similar look, if not for the fact that some Bon's have a slightly red hue. A small dish using them can be seen next to the plant, with a plate of Bon's after getting boiled. Cemmon's are a teeth/tusk-like vegetable that mimic Daikon's, and Carrots. It has a pale yellow stem, and a white shell. Next to the original is a small preparation process for one. With it's shell being removed, before boiling it.

The flower is a symbol of change, and to face whatever comes next with courage! Even if you become something different, it will always be you!" Above the text, it shows a few examples of how the flower has been drawn/referenced. Some of them show items with the Blood Lilly printed onto them, when as others have drawings with more personalized and abstract styles given to them. Some depictions of the flower are even alive, and use their appearance as a type of camouflage!

Attempt is the key word here, their just an insomniac now… (their creator still counts it as a win though!)…" The rest of the text continues into the next image. The doodles above the text relating to how it effects them. One of them shows Bio questioning the fact people have favorite foods, despite it all tasting the same to them. And the other shows them getting a butchers knife lodged into their head (with them only showing mild discomfort, and a quick recovery).
Homunculi, Artificial Species Homunculi are masses of organic matter shaped into living beings, They can vary greatly, but their origins stem from a singular root. Some of them were made with a purpose, when others forged their own.
A dumb doodle following the "Draw your favorite characters with your problems" trend, this one is about Bio ruining some food. Bio silently stands infront of a heated pan, with a disappointed expression. A nearby caption states that they forgot to preheat the oven, and the batter has been ruined because of that. Over a intercom, Caretaker provides many words of discouragement. It states the following: "NOOOO!!!! You had one task Bio, and you failed it. Yet even now, that WASTE has more value than you. …Great Job. We all love you."
