Great response Ms. Alex. We, well-intentioned white people, must listen when POC talk. I do love Laura's avi pic, though. She presents herself in a way that feels more honest than many of my new "friends," on Bluesky.

At the beginning of the war, I read about an old Ukrainian woman telling Russian soldiers to carry sunflower seeds in their pockets so they would grow and mark the spot where they were killed.
