A section from a South Korean magazine, covering "Operation Dongguri Eradication (Puyo Puyo)," the South Korean name for Dr. Robotnik's Mean Bean Machine. To the left are three screenshots of the game, with the second one in the middle being of note. It has a background never seen in Mean Bean, only in Puyo Puyo. The other screenshots above and below are standard for Mean Bean. To the right and taking a majority of the image is... artwork of Arle Nadja with Puyos, Carbuncle, Harpy, and Schezo Wegey. Aside from the Puyos and Carbuncle, who is called Has Bean in Mean Bean, none of these characters show up in Mean Bean and are purely Puyo Puyo characters.

It primarily shows Robotnik himself on the left, with Coconuts and Grounder also to the right but Grounder is cut-off halfway. Looking closely where this cut-off happens, we can see some kind of artwork underneath that doesn't match the Mean Bean artwork.

My fan card that was made on Sonic Channel, an official Japanese site for Sonic the Hedgehog. It features a background with Green Hill from Generations, and a pink bear avatar with a white muzzle created like they came from Forces. The bear has a red clown nose, a purple top hat, a purple bow tie at the "neck" and blue circular glasses similar to Eggman's. They also have purple gloves with green skeleton hand decals on them and a green wrist band around the gloves. Finally, the avatar is wearing black sneakers with purple shoelaces.
