Steven Turturo @turturo.dev · Feb 14 Just made a green salsa with 5 serranos and it’s disappointingly not spicy… it’s got great flavor but to me it barely has any heat 😂. I gotta find a better store with peppers that are actually spicy in the Jersey City area lol. On the “No Pica scale” I give it a 0 - no pica.

Simple recipe if anyone wants to try it: 1-6 serrano peppers 1-3 jalepeno peppers 1 Roma tomato 4-8 fresh tomatillos 1 small red onion 1-2 garlic cloves Salt & pepper to taste 1 cup of fresh cilantro
