i think in terms of a class (cause im gonna have to give her like a weapon n shit) she'd probably be a utility character more than a raw damage dealer? so making concoctions that can buff you, debuff your enemy etc etc like coating weapons with poison or something that would imbue them with (insert element) for a turn, or making salves that would apply healing effects or make a character resistant to (element) on the flipside, she could make sleeping draughts or paralytics to use on enemies
