Hubs ran out and grabbed me a BMO from a local Reykjavík bakery, 280 Bakery, for breakfast. BMO refers to bolle med ost, a popular Danish breakfast of a simple bread roll (bolle) with butter and cheese. So simple, yet so delicious.
