There's one grant I hope they cancel - this yearly grant to U of L which is a waste of money & does NOT benefit Early Intervention in Kentucky. Instead, it pays U of L $700,000 per year with zero benefit & results waiting lists for children needing speech, OT and PT because of a provider shortage.
