When temperatures exceed 90 degrees, Washington employers must: Give 10 minute break every 2 hours of work. If temperatures reach 100 degrees, breaks should be 15 minutes every hour. Provide fresh & clean water, which must be accessible to workers at all times during the work day. Establish one or more shade areas at a practical distance from the job site. Joan Sebastian Guerrero should be alive. This 26 year old man was NOT even ICE’s intended target. He was shot with his 3-year-old daughter in Bluey pajamas standing nearby. DHS has a pattern of claiming without any evidence that the person they murdered posed a danger.

Lorenzo Salgado Araujo literally helped build this nation. He did nothing wrong but build American homes, raise American kids, and pursue the American Dream. He should be alive. Across our country, our government is killing our immigrant friends, neighbors, relatives, and fellow workers. The UFW demands justice for Lorenzo and respect, safety and dignity for all immigrant workers.
