Slide show video that explains Hertfordshire Community Foundation was established in 1988, and today supports over 100 funds that bring together people, organisations and communities across the county of Hertfordshire. Learning to Work said "The unwavering support of Berkshire Community Foundation has enabled us to expand our reach and create meaningful opportunities for young people across Berkshire.” Ascot Racecourse said: “Berkshire Community Foundation’s expert guidance links us to individuals and those most in need of support, in addition to working with us on many community initiatives.” Berkshire Community Foundation has distributed over £20m in grants in the last 40 years, including many specialised funds such as music education in Reading, road safety in Taplow and even trampolining excellence in Bracknell!
Video showing that Community Foundation Northern Ireland was established in 1979, it supports communities across the country and it is currently the project lead for Acorn Farm in Derry, a social innovation project which will become a living, working farm that provides education, training and activities to people from across the city and district. Thanks to everyone who has supported the foundation to make a positive difference throughout Northern Ireland so far.
