If the Dubbing Wiki is to be believed, the show was dubbed in Australia, which is super rare to see. The only other one I’m aware of is Andersen Monogatari (which actually seems to share a translator: Noel Judd) dubbing.fandom.com/wiki/Kum_Kum
I think if I hadn't come across that English dub, I'd never have seen it. The show is weirdly unavailable in Japanese letsanime.blogspot.com/2010/06/naug...
