When you've been in darkness for too long, you tend to grab onto the first light you see. Sometimes that light happens to be an alien from a society light-years away from your own, and he happens to be exactly what you were looking for all along.

Lightbulb (they/them) is a biologist helping with Grace's nutritional needs and long-term care. They have a melodious voice and they speak slowly and thoughtfully. They can be a bit air-headed. Their carapace is gold and shaped vaguely like a lightbulb, with blue growths in the center.
Barbie (she/her) is the team leader. She communicates findings directly with the Science Council, and she helps with Grace's biology research, keeping his progress moving forward both generally and mentally. She loves wearing flashy jewelry, and is often seen buffing her shell to an immaculate shine.
Levee (he/him) is a white eridian with teal and green flecking across his body. He has long legs and sharp claws, often seen fidgeting. He's the primary aid and scribe for Grace's care-team. He's very anxious, but he's doing his best, and he's unusually okay with Grace being a "leaky space blob".
