I was so happy to see the card/component storage tray return for Finspan. I ended up stealing one from Wingspan for Wyrmspan. It makes a huge difference.
That's a big debate! In my experience, when working with a publisher the responsibilities are more fragmented and a game designer can have little to no say about the production and manufacturing. If you're self-publishing, then it could be impossible to draw the line.
