American eagle, JIA5026 is looking to be first in line at DFW declaring an emergency and executing a rapid descent below 12,000 ft.
The Liberty/Swauk Creek fire is a new start along highway 97 between Cle Elum and Leavenworth WA. Highway 97 is closed in both directions. Ground and air units are working the fire.
The Little Giant fire north of Leavenworth WA has jumped Lake Chelan and level 3 evacuations are now in place for both the east and west sides of the lake. According to recent briefings the fire is in the higher areas east of the lake. Crews are ready to protect Chelan and Entiat.

The Chelan Hills Fire east of Lake Chelan, WA has grown to over 15,000 acres. Douglas County sheriff says that over 100 homes may have been lost so far. The SEWAIMT Team 1 arrived at the incident on the evening of July 4, 2026.

A P-8A out of Okinawa is surveilling the DMZ this afternoon. I haven't seen too many P-8A's performing this mission lately.

RONIN02, E-3B SENTRY, 75-0558 is out of Okinawa heading northeast along the southern Japanese coast. It is being trailed by a P-8A.

SAM072, a C-40 Clipper, 02-0042 is out of Seoul heading west most likely to Bejing in support of the presidential visit.
GUPPY52, RC-135U, 64-14849, Combat Sent ISR aircraft is out of Okinawa heading across the Pacific most likely for Offutt Air Force Base in Nebraska. The Combat Sent will most likely be replaced by another ISR aircraft out of Offutt.
Hey, finally a BLKCAT that is showing up as a MQ-4C. BLKCAT6, 169659 out of Jacksonville is surveilling ALL of Cuba. At one point flight radar 24 showed a flight path across Cuba, but I'm thinking that was poor signal. This has been a fairly routine flight lately with most of the flights misidentified as a P-8A.

MAGMA11, RQ-4D, MM-AV-DA0017 out of Sigonella is operating in the Black Sea. They're currently squawking 7600 which indicates a communications failure. This is actually pretty common for MAGMA11.
A US Navy MQ-4C, 169307 out of Okinawa is operating in the South China Sea southwest of Taiwan. Its flight path has taken it south of Hainan Island.
A RC-135U Combat Sent ISR aircraft is returning to Okinawa after surveilling the DMZ. The Combat Sent is designed to locate, identify, and analyze military radar and emitter systems.
An E-3B Sentry is completing their mission over the Persian Gulf and heading southwest across Saudi Arabia.
BLKCAT5 MQ-4C out of Jacksonville is operating along the southern coast of Cuba. Though it's labeled as a P-8A, this is a MQ-4C at 48,000 feet. The last mission also started like this and finished after BLKCAT5 also surveilled the northern coast.
