The "receipts" are Trump basically taking the info that fed into the 2001 IC report and declassifying the traffic that shows how the US "assessed" that China "probably" collected info on US citizens. It's old info, repackaged for idiots who dont understand how dissemination works, and likely revealed how much we know to China for zero benefit. This is the reason other governments started to keep intelligence away from us, btw.
