You actually can exit this dialog without choosing either by selecting the (nearly invisible) X in the upper right corner. Dark pattern, yes, but it’s there.

I choice remove all Windows bloatware via #powershell, included Edge oc. Also a program to cut the remains Window's calling-home for good.

I actually had the same thing with my Mac wanting to use my phone's camera as a webcam. In the end, I had to say yes, then Google how to turn that off because it wouldn't leave me alone, and there was no way to say no.
