crab snake monster demon thing. it's GONNA get you (highly sketch styled monster featuring a wide head, alien-like bulky teeth, insectoid legs, a humanoid torso with an implant running along the core and replacing the abdomen, in addition to a tube stuck in it's left pectoral with several scars from the implant. it's right (your left) hand is reaching towards your head, as is it's giant claw, with an abstract tendril coiling around an antennae on the back of the claw and eventually separating off into a torus. it's mouth is agape displaying it's aforementioned teeth, and it's jaw is fully open so you can see down it's throat)
