Are you using @rolldown.rs and want to parse a file? Then you don't have to install Oxc separately. Just use Rolldown's `parse`/`parseSync` function. Rolldown re-exports it from Oxc while keeping it as part of Rolldown's binary. This way, your dependencies stay lean!
