With the current political landscape failing to address critical crises like ICE kidnappings, climate change, and civil rights, it's time for a bold new direction. CALIFORNIA IS IN CRISIS The existing political parties, including the California Democratic Party, lack concrete plans to combat ICE kidnappings, address climate change, and protect civil rights. They have ignored vital proposals, such as expanding the State Guard to monitor ICE and establishin CalDefense to unify emergency services during climate crises. All political parties in California continue to trust a judicial system that Trump and the GOP have undermined by disregarding court orders, eliminating due process, and threatening a third Trump term-actions that violate the 22nd Amendment. Responses from these partie: ignore the reality that the Supreme Court is now a politicized body, heavily influenced by Trump appointees. Despite creating an $83 billion surplus for the federal government, Governor Newsom's threats to withhold federal tax money from the Trump regime have proven empty, leaving Californians vulnerable. Our Solution: Only the California National Party is committed to reforming California's political system through a State Constitutional Convention, defending democracy, making housing and healthcare human rights, and establishing ranked-choice voting for electoral fairness.
