I've used the vapor method inside using uv lights and a small space heater (aluminum foil around the container to help keep the light and heat in). I found it works very well.

Did you ever try my no-contact method for this stuff? £14 UV lamp £10 bottle of unstable hydrogen peroxide (12%) £8 translucent box with a decent seal Few drops in the bottom, close, UV lamp kicks out enough warmth as-is but you can also use residual heat from your ultrasonic cleaner/hotplate.
