vswitchzero @vswitchzero.com 路 Feb 5 This is Compaq's "Business Wavetable Sound Card" that just so happens to be a great card for DOS gaming 馃槣 It doesn't look like much, but it has the ES692S wavetable chip on it (1MB of samples) and the very capable ES1869F chip for digital audio and FM synthesis. Great all-around card.

Looks like what PCMIDI.eu is currently working on.
Looking for this one for quite a bit, I've been wondering how its wavetable sounds! I got a similar card with Admos QDSP700 instead of the ES692S synthesizer, and it's perfect for smallest footprint systems, since it'll fit any system that even has a free ISA slot, and brings so much to the table.
Looks similar to a Diamond Monster Sound MX400?馃
