MediaVision was best known for the Pro audio Spectrum 16 but their most common card was the Jazz 16 released in 1993. Most had genuine OPL3. This one includes 50-pin SCSI but has no wavetable header, unfortunately. @16bitmanfred.bsky.social

I notice there is a "Future Domain" chip in there too. Fun fact, Future Domain acquired the SCSI division of Western Digital just before itself was acquired by Adaptec. So in 1993, that chip is most likely SCSI, based on Western Digital patents and designs.

Cool! It's hard to find sound cards with SCSI! I also have a Jazz 16, it has 4 different CD-ROM standards instead, 3 of which practically do not matter. But SCSI drives all the cool shenanigans, like CD changers.
