I also found these cheap adapters on Amazon years ago. They don’t quite fit the port. I had to cut and bend the outside of the connector slightly (see top, which is bent vs bottom which is original) Bit hacky but they work 👍

I tried looking for these but they're sold out everywhere. There is apparently a Dell projector that uses this connector and I managed to find an adapter on ebay that might work with it.
