New motherboard, update the case, replace the psu, and add the missing components like ram, hd, gpu, fans etc. Soon be working as good as new.

They changed the recycling process where I am so now they can be dropped off at Best Buy. When you had to pay to have them disposed of properly they were common.

The condition of the motherboard is regrettable but there are many other applications for the power supply, if it's good. But the unit would have to be less than 5$ to justify it. Unfortunately E-waste tier.
