I pan seared the meatballs and butter until golden Brown, then seared up some onions, fresh garlic with a mix of salt, pepper, basil, oregano, then glaze the pan with white wine until it turned into a sauce. Then I added some cream cheese until melted, stirring around, then added a little veggie broth, not too much, heavy whipping cream and a little mix of cheddar and jack cheese. I also boiled some fettuccine wheat noodles on the side and added those with a little pasta water to help even out the sauce. It turned out very good 🥰
