The DOJ is subpoenaing Reddit and X for the names, addresses, and even banking information of users critical of ICE. The users haven’t even been told what crimes they’re accused of committing. Attorneys call it an intimidation tactic aimed at unmasking dissenters. (Bloomberg)

Not a valid subpoena. Being critical of ICE or any other government agency is protected speech.
