Kelly @weddle.dev · Jan 24 I had to rewatch quite a few times before I could figure it out. Only knowing the victim was shot in the chest told me where to look. You can see the killer pull out his gun early in the footage, now that I know what to look for.

So almost definitely this asshole had a negligent discharge that made someone else draw and shoot, then he just went full on execution mode
