Walmarts terms of use state they are allowed to collect and use for biometric data including retina scans and voice prints. Hell, even Penguin Books will collect your olfactory data. (Your guess is as good as mine on that one.)

What’s crazy here is that a judge signed off on a warrant. They need to sue the judge, police, and target for violating her rights.
