@weissmann11.bsky.social Art. I, Sec. 8, Cl. 15: Congress has the power to call forth the Militia to execute the laws of the Union and suppress Insurrections. "Militia" being debatable but Congress should try Army, Marines, and National Guard --all sworn to the Constitution. Contact congress.gov

Mr. Weissmann: Do you know whether there was an OPR case opened?

The only people who will, or are ‘allowed’, to work in this administration, will be those who have already compromised their oaths, morality professional standards. Hopefully…there is a hidden resistance in there somewhere

I love his call back to Stringer Bell! I hope the Adam’s Federal Judge hauls his ass into his court!

And Moscow Mitch didn't want to ruin Trump's career. Or at least that of the Republican party. And here we are.

Emil Bove's father issued a statement about his son, just hours ago, about his lack of morality. My sister is trying to find the article now. As soon as we find it again we are sending it to you. PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS MAN. HE NEEDS TO LOSE HIS LAW LICENSE.

Why doesn’t he get disbarred?
Mir (Read a book, not ban a book) · Feb 15
How is he still allowed to practice law?

Oh he is Captain Queeg! “Ahh, but the strawberries!”

Good piece. Enlightening and not surprising. Let's also not forget Pam Bondi. She's also seemingly adept at quid pro quos. Remember the Trump University case going poof after she got Trump's campaign donations. These people are all seasoned in the art of corrupting the judicial system.

We don't call it "misconduct" any more. It will now be referred to as "alternative conduct".

Thank you for posting this, Andrew. I’m not surprised

Retired CA who spent 40 years in both the forensic accounting & real estate worlds, I find it hard to believe someone who ISN'T in a coma would even consider representing Trump & the Proj25 Cartel in what they are attempting to do - UNLESS they are looking for a piece of the action for themselves.

He is as ugly inside as he is outside.

Has the word "acting" ever done more work than it does in the phrase, "Acting Deputy Attorney General Emil Bove"?
Ty Howe · Feb 15
Disbarment? Is that possible?

If there is no possible enforcement, then there is no law
