Although Judge Ho is a recent appointment and is easily labeled a liberal, a denial of the dismissal will garner greater attention and focus on Trumps abuse of the Justice system.

The just thing would be to hold Bove in contempt and take him into custody in the courtroom. It's more than a perversion of justice, it is treason; a complete capitulation to corruption and a dismissal of the rule of law. Full stop.

The courts are where it's at. Litigate everything. Use the glacially slow courts system to our advantage for once, get blocks and holds out on everything so we can catch our collective breath and move forward sanely.
Can the judge consider news reports of coercion at the DOJ and the resignation letters as part of his decision-making process, even if they aren’t introduced by either party as exhibits? Can a third-party file an Amicus in this situation?
They will all cave to the felon at some point. The United States is in danger. This administration is crime central.
