Has anyone seen the specifics of Rubio’s agreement with Bukele?

WOG · Mar 19

And then......🙄

@ticamil.bsky.social · Mar 19

Given that description, disclosure should be easy peasy.

La Contessa · Mar 19

Their case boils down to, "Just trust us." And there's a reason we don't do that in civilized countries! 😬😬😬

The courier · Mar 20

Just ask Rubio he spelled it all out

Mer · Mar 20

So now what is the judge going to do?

Kevin St. Alder · Mar 20

What we are witnessing is a full-on frontal attack on the judiciary, and it’s coming directly from the executive. Anyone framing it differently isn’t being honest.

@barbie68.bsky.social · Mar 19

We can't tell you about this it's a state secret, but did you see the video we had made for propaganda showing us demeaning these so-called "illegals who invaded our country". Yeah, we know they may not have had a criminal record, but they were illegals waiting to git to court to become citizens.

@ginalolajupiter.bsky.social · Mar 19

Isn’t that the admin’s stupid lawyer speak?

Wilson · Mar 22

“I am the law.” This is evidence enough that Mump won’t be respecting the courts. If the DOJ doesn’t recognize the law then the administration is illegitimate. We need to accept that fact and behave accordingly.

Andrew Levesque · Mar 20

Yes, a lawless bunch, apparently...

Letters from A Psychotherapist · Mar 20

I guess the judge should just the Trump administration😂

Mrs.DonnaDieter · Mar 19

Call in the U.S. Marshalls. Quit f**king around with these people.

oolaroux · Mar 20

I defy you to prove that Trump can define or even spell the word 'picayune'. Definitely didn't come from him.

@cheryldc.bsky.social · Mar 19

Obv Trump must be impeached, but that will only happen if/when supporting Trump becomes more unpopular than impeaching him for the GOP members of Congress

rdpapa123 · Mar 19

Liars gotta lie. And they do it constantly

@gretagargoyle.bsky.social · Mar 20

It's not an administration! Start calling it a regime.

Chris Wistert · Mar 19

Well, I'm not a lawyer, but if AG Bondi and her Deputy AG are signing documents in the case, can't the AG or Deputy AG be found in contempt, too?

Andrew Fried · Mar 20

That arresting and deporting people without due process can be reduced to a “picayune dispute” shows the callous arrogance with which this administration is conducting itself.

Karen “Will not Toady” Robertson · Mar 19

"picayune" is like "beyond cavil" & "declaim" in a legal brief -- just screams overcompensating angry kid on the playground energy. So, so lame.

Nate Bacon · Mar 19

What are the chances someone from the DOJ gets disbarred during this administration? Serious question.

Oz Perspective · Mar 19

That judge needs to start locking people up for contempt. Anything else would be a travesty.

NCSteve · Mar 19

Yes. It tells you they're fascists. That's exactly how fascists reason. Even when they control every lever of government and every center of power, this is how the fascist government-civilian legal relation works. Did schools really just stop teaching what fascism was and that it was bad?

Scott · Mar 19

I got a dollar that says there were no gang members on those flights and Musk/Trump does not want people to know. I think they are caught.

@proftheatre.bsky.social · Mar 19

The simplest explanation is that there is no "national security" information to be shared. They deliberately ignored the order. We know that. They know that. And the judge knows that. Now what? We just let these people to be disappeared? 😡

@ngmh.bsky.social · Mar 20

They NEED to be held in contempt fortheloveofgawd

David · Mar 20

We are in a constitutional crisis., cbwrong.blogspot.com/2025/03/i-on...

@lakebrody.bsky.social · Mar 20

DOJ’s threat to invoke state secrets privilege is misguided. SSP is invoked when the gov claims that a case itself cannot be litigated without risk of exposure of national security information — and the gov then gives the court that very information ex parte to establish it claim of privilege.

@finchfilly.bsky.social · Mar 19

We already KNOW what this administration is about…. I don’t want to know of any more of their crimes … we need to DO SOMETHING about the obvious constitutional crisis now in progress!!!! Stop the madness.

Magafamilysux · Mar 19

They don’t have names they just want the # of bodies they can bill for each day. There must be a quota!

@mamaburf.bsky.social · Mar 20

Is there truly nothing that will stop this madness??

Steve Holcombe · Mar 19

So much we already knew.

heyjude · Mar 20

Don't think we need more examples of this man or his administration, his 'mindset' or intentions. Most of us have lived through several administrations, nervousness and wondering what lay in store. I believe I speak for millions by saying "NEVER BEFORE" and "NEVER AGAIN" Constant outrage and nausea

@wethepeople24.bsky.social · Mar 20

Well what the hell will the judges do! They should not let these pos’s mess around anymore put out a bench warrant and bring them in to answer why they’re not cooperating with the courts. Are the flipping courts a bunch of chickens now as well!? Come on we’re letting them run all over us!!

Randy Mitchell · Mar 19

Tells you the judge needs to press charges contempt or court, withholding evidence, off the top of my head

Laura Adams · Mar 19

The coup continues

Pugh Khee · Mar 20

They got nothing. As stupid as Roger Stone

Marc Wess · Mar 19

Question do we have to be at war before the alien enemies act can be applied? If so, only Congress can declare war right? These are just thoughts I have.

Brent Morrison · Mar 20

🤬

@nwgeorgiadenizen.bsky.social · Mar 20

Surprised they could spell “picayune”

SidewalkSide · Mar 19

Daily_DodgeZen · Mar 20

#Force will be required to remove these #Terrorists from our government.

@pyotryllych.bsky.social · Mar 20

They have no shame. I mean, think, their leader is a criminal and a free out of jail card. They buffoon operate as a mafia gang and should be investigated and treated as such. They’re ways to get to the big guy as it had happened when we went against those mafiosos back them

Michael Holt · Mar 19

Picayune? "In the 19th century, in Louisiana and other southern states, a picayune was a small coin (specifically, a Spanish half real) with a low monetary value." - Merriam-Webster Kinda like a Trump meme coin.

Sabai · Mar 20

They've got nothing.

Sarie (Like Marie with an S) · Mar 19

That's because there isn't any. Do we really believe these assh@les are taking notes?

Colette · Mar 20

Ruh roh.....

@eaprincess.bsky.social · Mar 19

🆘 can the lawyers who violate the judge be held in contempt or worse consequences?

@cheeho.bsky.social · Mar 20

We'll find out if the judge has the courage to hold these people in contempt and punish them accordingly.

Lise batty · Mar 20

We must move quickly and have those men brought home...they are in serious danger and it has been proven that they are not harden criminals.

Bluesky Records · Mar 20

What option does the judge have?

dadude · Mar 20

One word rings in my work history. Maga is 1 huge moron and a whole bunch of other micromanagers.

Domainophile · Mar 19

Hitler neutered the judiciary. Hopefully your profession will do better in these circumstances, in this time.

@joanie2fox.bsky.social · Mar 19

I’m glad my dad is in Arlington Cemetery since this would put him in there were he still living. He spent his life in the law…

@bselena.bsky.social · Mar 20

Trump is disobeying the Judge and the courts!! shameful

Audrey 🏝️👣🐾 · Mar 19

Lock them up!

@hbt829.bsky.social · Mar 20

Not understanding - do they not get in trouble for this?? How do they get to just not do what the judge asks?

@jasonrbarron.bsky.social · Mar 19

At what point do we call for a general strike, for a month excepting only emergent needs? I think that is the real question here. The oligarchs only understand injury to their capital. Nothing else. The rest of the world is boycotting our goods. Schumer squandered accelerationism. Do better

H B Bishop · Mar 21

He’s demented

@rozreckons.bsky.social · Mar 19

Is it a dictatorship yet?

Alessandro Abate · Mar 20

The federal judges must sue the DoJ as an entity and individually in its representatives. Secondly, it's time that, whenever possible, every act/declaration of Trump or his administration/Republican Congress must be defined according to the United States Code Title 18, Crimes and Criminal Procedures

Shameful and Evil Leopard on Parade · Mar 19

Oh, this is enraging.

@mommieengineer.bsky.social · Mar 19

Arrest Trump, Vance, Musk, AG Bondi, Stephen Miller

@lori0312.bsky.social · Mar 20

What I find truly astonishing is that the majority of derogatory, inflammatory and incendiary remarks about this Judge are made by “Lawyers”. As a Medical Professional if I engaged in this type of rhetoric, I would face disciplinary action, why is the Bar Association silent when judges are at risk.

@dennisjod.bsky.social · Mar 20

Why is Alan Dershowitz saying it’s not a Crisis? He is bringing up the secrecy act. I don’t like Dershowitz feeding this administration advice

@adamheathcetinski.bsky.social · Mar 19

Hubris -- on Ketamine.

@aeenergy.bsky.social · Mar 19

Good thing Schumer thinks we aren’t in a constitutional crisis yet.
